Day 2: crackers are delicious.


I’m sitting in church with my family eating crackers. That’s right. Crackery-delicious, golden crackers. And, it’s day 2 of my cleanse. Did I fail? Nope. I didn’t. I committed myself to not eating animals this week, therefore eating only plant based things. These crackers are wheat.

Moral of the story? Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Don’t set a wicked crazy bar you aren’t ready to hit. Take time to transition into that wicked craziness.

This week, crackers are ok. Next week begins the wicked craziness as all-juice.
