Eat your Rainbow

I was juicing this morning, and thought the pulp bin was extra pretty. It reminded me that it’s important to eat the rainbow. Each color signifies a swath of phytonutrients our body needs. Anthocyanins, chlorophyll, carotene, etc.

I know that green juices are all the rage, but in reality, shouldn’t they end up brown? At least over the course if your day? Just a thought.

  1. I find that I love Orange pulp, and hate everything else. I use a one-gallon sized paint straining bag I bought at OSH. It’s like $3 for two, and they last a long time. They strain it out perfectly. Also good for sprouting!
