I was juicing this morning, and thought the pulp bin was extra pretty. It reminded me that it’s important to eat the rainbow. Each color signifies a swath of phytonutrients our body needs. Anthocyanins, chlorophyll, carotene, etc.
I know that green juices are all the rage, but in reality, shouldn’t they end up brown? At least over the course if your day? Just a thought.
